The lead up to Christmas is hectic, with work to finish and parties to attend. We can hardly believe that there are only 2 more selling weekends before the holidays. 2017 certainly flew by very quickly.
And our developers know that January is traditionally slow for enquiries, and they want to maximise their sales before people go away on holiday. So right now is the perfect time for you to negotiate a great deal on a new property.
Hint - the deal will be even better when the developer is in pre-sale mode and under construction. For example Sixteen (Homebush) and Wigmund (Merrylands) have slashed the prices for the next 10 sales so they can hit their pre-sale target before the end of the year.
Other motivated vendors include Gardenia (Lane Cove), Vivo (Carlingford) and Voyage (Belmore) which are all completed and ready for occupation by their new owners.
Don’t be afraid to negotiate hard, it might make for a very Merry Christmas!
