Western Sydney's Population Boom

Australia's population reached 25 million last week, according to official estimates, and it continues to grow every day with a new resident added to Australia every 83 seconds.

Western Sydney is one of the main beneficiaries of this population growth, and it is also the recipient of the most significant government investment ever - the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, which officially commenced last week with the turning of the first sod at Sydney's new Science Park.

The Greater Sydney Commission claims the Western Sydney airport will act as a catalyst for a new “Western Economic Corridor”, providing 28,000 jobs within five years of its 2026 opening. They have also identified a need for 190,000 new homes by 2036.

In the financial year 2018–19, the NSW government plans to spend at least $7.2 billion on infrastructure in Western Sydney - see the complete list of works here.

So follow my logic here...

Infrastructure = People = Demand for Real Estate = Good Investment.

In response to many requests for quality property in Western Sydney, we have secured a new project called Centrum in Penrith, which is closest major centre to all the action. Centrum is also 500 metres from the Nepean Hospital which is undergoing a $550m redevelopment.

We launch onsite tomorrow at 11am - all details below - would love to see you there. If you can't make it and want some further information, just reply to this email.
